With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, Isabella Politano, on July 9, 2026, at the age of 21 days.

Though her time on earth was brief, Isabella was a precious gift from God whose life brought immeasurable love to her family. She will be forever cherished and deeply missed by her devoted parents, Jon and Andrea Politano; her beloved siblings, Gennaro, Cosimo, Nyla, and Antonio; her loving grandparents, Cosmo and Kelly Politano, Simo Katic, and Ljubinka Katic (partner Adrian Myra); her uncle and aunts, Matt Politano, Katie Politano, and Jasmina Katic; and her extended family.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate physicians, nurses, and staff at McMaster Children's Hospital for the exceptional care and kindness shown to Isabella and her family.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Tuesday, July 14 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, with Pomen at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 15 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, 149 Nash Rd S., Hamilton. The Very Reverend Fr. Djuro Samac officiating.

May the Lord grant rest to the soul of His newly departed servant, Isabella.
