Passed away peacefully at his daughter’s home, in Caistor Centre, on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, in his 90th year. Predeceased by his grandson Dale Millen and beloved wife Shirley (nee Purcell) of 66 years. Cherished father of Chuck Millen and Lori (Rick) Colwell. Deeply loved grandfather of Kyle (Michelle), Tarah (Lucas), James (Kirsten), Kristy (Rob), and great-grandfather to Jade, Cooper, Bennett, Natalie, Ava and Maddox.

Earl retired from Dofasco after 30 years as a crane operator. In the years following his retirement, he became a Magnetic Practitioner and enjoyed helping people through the power of magnetism. Together with Shirley, they settled into their home on Wasi Lake in Powassan, where they welcomed many family and friends.

Special thanks to the in-home palliative care staff from the VON and PARAMED. A private interment at Tweedside Cemetery has already taken place.
