Kay Koshiba Obituary
Passed peacefully at Parkview Nursing Home on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026, in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Hiroshi (Ben). Loved mother of the late Christine (Craig) and Donna (Richard). Loving Bachan to Leland (Avery). She will be sadly missed by Francis (Gary) and Carolyn (Bob). She is survived by her sister Etsuko (Takao). She is preceded by her sister Michiko and brothers Atsuyoshi and Masayoshi, as well as parents Fujitaka and Yae Tsuchiya.
Kay was the proprietor of Cannon Coffee Shop for over 40 years and a member of the Hamilton Buddhist Church. Thank you for the support to our dear friends and family. As per Kay’s wishes cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date.
Thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and entire staff at Parkview Nursing Centre for their exceptional care and compassion. In Kay’s memory, donations to the Hamilton or Toronto Buddhist Church would be appreciated by the family.
