It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our precious daughter, Grace Anna Therese on March 26th, 2026, with her family by her side. Loving daughter of Sandra and Jason, who will always keep her in their hearts, as well as sister to her loyal dog Meatball. Dear granddaughter to Pasquale and Lucia Cadeddu and Lorainne Guenette. She will be remembered especially by her Godparents, Zia Filomena and Zio Nick Cino, as well as her Zia Laura and Zio Kristian Crugnale and Aunt Therese Larue and Uncle Tyler Gruhl. Grace will also be missed dearly by her cousins Marissa, Angelo, Merlot, and Mckinley. She will also be remembered by her great-grandmother, Annina Siena. Grace now joins her Zia Anna and great-grandmother Therese in forever rest. Grace will be missed by many cousins, extended family, and friends.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the doctors, nurses (especially Sam), social workers, and support staff in the NICU at McMaster Children's Hospital for their care and support during this time.

You fought so hard, our brave little girl, and we are so incredibly proud of you. Even though your time with us was far too short, you filled our lives with a love we never knew was possible. We will cherish the times we spent together, especially our cuddle times and we will carry you with us in everything we do. You will always be our baby, our greatest love, our forever angel.

Until we hold you again, we love you endlessly Baby Grace.
