Called home to be with the Lord, Cecilia Lehner passed away peacefully on March 27, 2026 at the age of 96.

She is survived by her loving grandchildren June (Ryan) and Chris, and cherished great-grandchildren, Jack and Ryleigh.

She is predeceased by her beloved husband Frank Lehner, her son Joe, daughter-in-law Debbie, and grandson Adam, all of whom she held close in her heart.

A devoted member of her church and community, she touched many lives through her faith, generosity, and caring spirit. She will be remembered for her compassion, quiet strength and unwavering love for her family.

She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by many extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Prayers at 2:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 10 a.m., at St. Gregory the Great Slovenian Church, 125 Centennial Pkwy N, Hamilton, Ontario. Interment to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 580 Old York Rd, Burlington, Ontario.
