Obituary of Claudette Anne Nash (nee Milmine)
Claudette Nash passed peacefully, surrounded by family, on December 20, 2025, at Amica Stoney Creek. Daughter of Claude and Isabelle Milmine, she was the dearly beloved wife for 59 years of the late Brian Nash. Dear mother of Cheryl Nash and her husband Bob of Perth, Ont., and John Nash and his wife Colleen of Stoney Creek. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Shari, Robin, and Patrick. Sister of Beverley Shaw (Paul) of Collingwood; sister-in-law of Lynn Nash (Joy) of Campbell River, B.C., and Carole Perry (Jim, deceased) of Burlington. Beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Claudette had a passion for baking for family and friends, a simple act through which she showed her love. Her enjoyment of gardening grew from years spent working on the farm alongside her husband Brian, where care and hard work shaped her days. Claudette loved her family fiercely and took pride in watching her grandchildren grow into the people they are today. All who met her were left with a sense of warmth and belonging, as she had a way of making everyone feel welcomed and valued. Her life touched many hearts for the better, and she will be deeply missed.
The family is grateful for the care and support Claudette received from all the staff at Amica Stoney Creek, with special thanks to Kristen for her companionship over the last few months.
