Obituary of Melita Nosic

Passed away unexpectedly on November 30, 2025 at the Hamilton General Hospital at the age of 73. Beloved wife of Petar for 39 wonderful years. Loving mother of Ivana. Dear sister of Edita (Miro, predeceased). Dear aunt of Anamarija. She will be missed by family in the United States and Croatia.

Melita’s unwavering presence was a rock to her family. She was our guiding light, and though she was a strong-willed woman, we adored her.

We would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Hamilton General Hospital.

Cremation has already taken place, and a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. 

May she enjoy unlimited Ice Capps in Heaven.
