Obituary of Christina Murray

We are saddened to announce the death of Christina, on November 13, at the age of 92. Devoted wife and best friend of Leo (deceased) for 67 years. Beloved mother of Teresa, Clare, Anne and Paul (both deceased). Proud grandmother of Charlotte (Max), Emily (Tyler), Ana Maria, and Keionja (Caanan) and great-grandmother of Sevayah. Much loved sister to Michael (Pat) and loyal friend of Pat deSantis. Sister-in-law to Rev. Father Owen, Philip, John (Pauline), and Stella, aunt to nieces and nephews in England.

Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Thursday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Parish, 304 Highway 8, Stoney Creek, on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Mountview Gardens Cemetery. 

By request, no flowers, but the family would be grateful for prayers for the repose of the soul of Christina. May she rest in peace.
