Obituary of Marion Rigby

Passed away peacefully after a short illness and surrounded by her family on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at the age of 87.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband Peter of over 56 years, sisters Margaret and Marlene, and brother Terry.  She is survived by daughters Pamela and Sonia (Norm), grandchildren Gavin and Jordan, sisters Patricia (Kevin) and Linda along with many nieces and nephews.

She will be remembered for her love of sewing, gardening and creating, and her love of family.

Marion was retired from Pioneer Balloon along with spending many years as a seamstress. As per Marion’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no service.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Marion made to the Cancer Assistance Program or Hamilton SPCA would be appreciated.
