Obituary of Terri Anne Mesicek (nee Frketich)

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Terri Mesicek (nee Frketich) on August 9, 2025, at the age of 58. Beloved wife of Carlos for 31 years, and devoted mother to Christine and Andrew. Cherished sister of John (Rosemary), Steven (Ruth), and David (Nancy). Terri will be deeply missed by her extended family, close friends, and by every community she was a part of. 

Family and friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Saturday, August 23, from 1-5 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 4:30 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Gregory the Great Church, 125 Centennial Pkwy N, Hamilton, on Sunday, August 24, at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Transplant Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

Terri will be missed by all.
