Obituary of Marion Felker (nee Day)

Peacefully at Bob Kemp Hospice with family by her side after a courageous battle with cancer. Devoted wife of William “Bill” Felker. Predeceased by her parents Selma Smith (1999), stepmother Marlene Day (2009) father Gordon Day (2011), and brothers Ian Gibson (2018), John William “Billy” Day (2020), Robert Yateman (2021), Edward “Ed” and  sister Deborah Yateman (2011).  Loving mother of Jeanette, Dennis (Patricia) and Michael “Mike” (Shawn). And her beloved fur baby Precious. Cherished grandmother to Rachel (Michael), Derrick, Rebekah, Tyler (Claudia), Tyffanie, Trevon, Tyanna, Violet and great-grandchildren Chloe, Aubrey and Aspen.  Survived by her siblings Kenneth, Doris (James “Jim”), John (Tammy), Dennis and Gordon “Gordo” (Kathy). She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and her camping family at Grand River RV Resort. Fondly remembered by her dear friend Chad “Chaddie” and his family. 

Marion was an avid 5 Pin Bowler for many years, most notably “Tuesday Night Mixed League” through Lucky Strike Bowlerama / Bowlerama Stoney Creek. Marion devoted the last 30 years as a Home Support Worker / PSW.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. at Willoway Park, 1431 Haldimand Road 17, Cayuga, ON

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice.
