Surrounded by the love of her family, Veronica (aka Ronnie) passed away suddenly on Monday, May 12, 2025 in her 91st year. Predeceased by the love of her life, husband Charlie in 2006. We take great comfort that they are finally reunited.

Cherished mother of Cheryl and her husband Randy Stirling and Linda and her husband Brian Piott.

Devoted grandmother to Amy Piott, Chad and Karen Davey, David and Jennifer Piott, Chelsey and Shane Harding and Samantha and Mike Mabee.

Beloved by great-grandchildren, Owen, Ryan, Oliver and Elizabeth.

Mom also had a very special relationship with her sister-in-law, Jean Barbour and was Aunt Ronnie to many nieces and nephews.

We wish to extend our sincere appreciation to Dr. Derek Coull and his support staff for many years of excellent care and guidance. Our thanks goes out to the compassionate personnel at Albright Manor.

The family will receive friends at The Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held the following day, May 16th 2025 at 1 p.m.
