Barbara Cicero (nee Groves) passed away peacefully at the age of 77. Dear mother of Paul, Dan, Nicholas and Carina (Kevin D'Angelo). Loving Grandma to Dean, James and Anna and dearest friend of Peggy Axthelm. Barbara ran a home daycare in Westdale and provided care for many children over the years including Olivia and Lucie. Barbara will be remembered as a loving mother, a great friend, her rosy cheeks, her creative crafts and for bringing joy and happiness to so many.

A Celebration of Life will be held May 31, 2025 at 3 p.m. at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek. Reception to follow at the Powerhouse Restaurant, 21 Jones St., from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre (JCC).
