In the beginning I remember Cheryl as being a fun cousin. We both enjoyed doing each other's hair and oddly ended up being hairdressers. She did my hair at my wedding and did a wonderful job. We spent many hours in her bedroom playing and watching cute brother in his room reading mad magazines. We had an amazing childhood and the cottage at Lake Erie gave us an opportunity to spend many hours in the water as well as on top of the water in her dad's boat. Although we didn't talk often, the closeness of family is always there. My love for Colin and his girls and Shalimar and the family that she shares are in my thoughts and my condolences go to all of you. Although those words seem so little to say for such a big love that we had for her. She will be sadly missed. Sleep well. Sweet cousin. We'll meet on the other side.

Guys, I just don’t know how to say I’m sorry for your loss. Cheryl was a wonderful woman and never said an unkind word. I will miss talking about travelling and other things that I was going through.
