Cheryl passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington, on Monday March 31, 2025, in her 72nd year. Loving wife of Cliff for 52 years. Loved mother of Jeff and his wife Kate. Daughter of Betty and the late Victor Richards (1996) and was also predeceased by and infant sister Shirley Lee Richards (1956). Cheryl will also be lovingly remembered by her siblings Gord Richards (Jackie) and Darlene Smees (Jamie) and brother-in-law Robert Pottruff (Helen). Aunt of Janice (Glenn), Michael, Amanda (Allan) and Sean (Natasha).

Cremation has taken place. Friends and family will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Sunday, April 6th from Noon until 3 p.m. A Funeral Service will begin at 3 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Hamilton -Burlington S.P.C.A. would be appreciated by the family.
