There isn't a day gone by when we don't remember a funny story, a brave smile or the response to"How are you doing Dave? As good as it gets! Followed by a little tap dance.
The world is not nearly as bright without Dave in it.
Sending you all love.

My parents shared this sad news and send their deepest condolences. Unfortunately they won’t be able to attend but wanted you to know Dave was always in their thoughts. I last saw your father at my grandmothers funeral and he hadn’t changed since I was a little girl. He had a smile and was full of life! He was easy to talk to and cared for others. He has left me with wonderful memories as has your entire family. Thinking of you at your time of loss.

Sending my condolences to Dave's entire family. He was an amazing person who always had a smile and a hug and positive caring conversations over the years that I was privileged to know him. All who met him have been blessed by his presence.May his loved ones know that he is no longer in pain. Rather he has reunited with his loved ones who passed on, before him. May everyone he touched throughout his life find peace in knowing this. Sincerely, Susan Luxon (I regret that I am unable to attend today)

We had the pleasure of knowing Dave for over 20 years at our summer getaway in Buckslide Park. He was a wonderful man who always had a smile on his face and a kind word for everyone, and always spoke of his grandchildren with such pride. He is going to be missed.
RIP Dave

We were lucky to have met Dave at our summer getaway, Buckslide Trailer Park (little did we know that Dave actually only lived 10 minutes away from us at home). Dave was a kind soul with a heart of gold. We always enjoyed our chats with Dave. He always stopped by to say hello on his walks around the park. If our kids weren't there, he always asked how they were doing. He was always willing to lend a hand, no matter what the task. He will definitely be missed around the park and to all who knew him.
Sending our deepest condolences to all his family and friends.

Dave was my Father-In-Law but always treated me like a daughter. We are blessed to have had his love a guidance through the years. My boys were given unconditional love and support from a man they were honored to call Papa. We will all miss his love and laughter xo

Rick and I were blessed to have become friends with Dave at the park (Buckslide Tent & Trailer Park) over 15 years ago. As newcomers to the park way back when, Dave was overtly welcoming. We soon realized that we knew many of the same people from our hometown of Binbrook. On MANY occasions we witnessed Dave helping out other campers who had a trailer maintenance issue or wanted some advice on a DIY project. He would spontaneously offer support with a smile. Dave will always be remembered as a genuine gentleman with a huge heart. Rest in Peace Dave.
Sending sincerest condolences to his family and friends.

We were saddened to hear of Dave’s passing. He was a great neighbour to our late Mom and Dad who lived next door at unit 58. Especially after Dad passed Dave was always quick to help Mom with watering her flowers or bringing her recycling boxes back in. He was truly one of the good ones. Don, Bob and Chris Ivanco

Dave will be remembered by us through great memories of him that Jim and myself and our whole family have. He always extended great kindness to us all from the first time we camped in Halliburton right up to when we sold our trailer last year and had to say goodbye not knowing it would be our last hugs. Dave thank you and may you rest in peace. To your family….thank you for sharing Dave. You each show that same joy for life and kindness he had. What a wonderful friend we made from day one.
