My favourite memory of big Irv, as we use to call him was that as soon as I walked in his place, he would start whistling. And then those famous words would come out of his mouth. 5 foot 5 all over. Jerry would know what that means, lol. Big Irv was always a joy to be around, jokes left, right and centre. And man could he cook. Love you big Irv, rest in peace .

Dear Mildred, Jerry, Debbie & Elysha & the Springer Family; Isaiah 40:7-8 "The grass withers and the flowers fade beneath the breath of the Lord. And so it is with people. The grass withers and the flowers fade, but the word of our God stands forever" Irvin I am blessed to have known you for the past 14 years. Irvin was a gentle and kind man. Irvin was a deep thinker. Irvin knew a lot more than most people thought. Irvin, thank you for all the times you made my favorite bajan cornmeal cou-cou with saltfish dish. No one has been able to replicate this dish.
