Iggy was an extremely skilled carpenter who custom made all of the cabinets in my house. How did I find such an amazing tradesperson? Through friends, Iggy learned that my father had shipped special stainless steel tables with saws from Italy to Canada. They made a deal that my dad would sell him one of his machines at a great price if Iggy gave me a good deal on my kitchen cabinets. Done deal! Anytime I needed more cabinets, I always called Iggy. He even helped me out in court when I got sued for refusing to accept very flimsy French doors which were “custom-made for my house” from a now out-of-business company. Iggy attended as a special witness to attest to the extremely shoddy quality of the doors. He was very convincing as the case against me was dismissed! Now he is reunited with my dear father and I am sure they are laughing again together! It is time to rest, Iggy, but very sad to say goodbye to you. Your dear family remains in our thoughts and prayers!

Dearest Barbara Franca Adolf and family, our deepest condolences to you all. Iggi will be missed by all who new him, he was a loving generous man. We spent many many years sitting around the kitchen table eating cookies baked by Barbara my dad was the king of eating all the cookies she put out and Iggi would call him the Cookie Monster. Many Christmas have been spent together I alway felt and referred to Iggi and Barbara as an aunt and uncle. It’s hard to say goodbye to someone so dear to our hearts. In these last few years I got a kick out of bringing my mom to visit them in their long time home, when he would hear my voice he would come out of his tv room with a huge smile to great us. He always had a little something special for me, he knew how much I love his prosciutto he always went down and sliced me off a huge chunk and would say just for u don’t tell anyone. When he decided to sell his beloved truck it was hurting him just thinking about it, But when he heard Al was purchasing it he new it would be taken care of he cried of happiness. He Always had a special spot in his heart for BIG Al. RIP Iggi we will party again when we see you up stairs, have a great visit with Giorgio.
