Obituary of Barbara Stopay

Peacefully passed away at her home, on Friday, January 6, 2023, in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late John Stopay (2022). Loved mother of Ken and his wife Laurie, Greg and Kerry, Chris and his wife Lisa. Cherished grandmother of Jonathan, Justin, Brandon, Ashley, Daniel and his wife Danielle and great-grandchildren Adrianna, Kassidy, and Cahlie. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 1 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Stoney Creek. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Hamilton Food Bank would be appreciated by the family.
