DiCENZO, Patricia (Pat) Peacefully at her residence, on Sunday, November 8, 2009, in her 61st year. Loving mother of Justin and Kristofer. Predeceased by her son Michael. Survived by Tony. Also survived by her sisters Betty Anne, Sue, Lisa and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Ave. Drive, Stoney Creek, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, November 12th at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. In Pat's memory, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
