Sending my deepest sympathy to all my cousins , and Tante Rosel
Onkle Melon always welcomed me with open arms.
He always sat me down on the front porch and was very interested in what I was up too. "Whats new" he used to say.
When I was a kid we used to sneak in the kitchen to make sugar water (remember Stefanie) getting ready for donuts coming out of the oven , playing school in the basement with Marie as the teacher, and running up in the attic. Never did Onkle Melon yell at us, as a matter of fact he never said a cross word to me.
I felt very loved by him, he always gave me a hug and made me promise to come back soon.
Onkle Melon you will always be in my memories.
