Obituary of Vera Levey

LEVEY, Vera On Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at the Henderson General Hospital in her 78th year. Predeceased by her husband Mervyn (2003). Beloved mother of Randy, Brent and his wife Pam, Brad and his wife Teresa Levey. Devoted grandmother of Adam, Justin, Megan, Joshua and Alyssa. Caring sister of Lyle and the late Geraldine Dow, Lois Arnold, Darlene and Glenn Giddy, Lorraine and Joe LaRocca, Sharon and Bob Davies. Sister-in-law of Jean Dow, Doris and Keith Pfifer and Margaret and Gordon Wilson. Predeceased by brothers Ross, Dennis and Kenneth Dow. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Monday, March 2, 2009 from 10 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 11 a.m. in the chapel.
