April and family.
My sincere sympathies to you and your family. The loss of your Mom and now your Dad my heart goes out to all of you. We all must face these eventualities but these tragic circumstances coupled with the complications of time and distance are more than anyone should have to face. I am glad that your parents "Lived" their lives and moreover they did it in the company of each other. A legacy from which to draw strength and memories.

We are friends of Randy and Carolyn's daughter April and wish to extend our sincere sympathy to April's extended family and all of the friends and aquaintences of her parents after hearing of this tragic accident. While we never met Carolyn (nor Randy), we understand from the limited words written that they were a very Special couple. May the treasured memories of Carolyn (and Randy) stay close in your hearts forever...They are together in Spirit now and this is a Blessing and may it bring Peace and help to ease the pain of their loss.
Our Sincere Condolences, Robyn & Paul
P.S. We gathered flowers from our garden the night before Carolyn's Memorial and then were there with you all in 'real time' during her Memorial Service (at 4:00am NZ time!). We have continued to watch them bloom since Randy's passing and will offer them to the sea this week, as Blessings to their Loving Spirits...

I worked with Carolyn at Shoppers Drug Mart for 8 years. She was such a wonderful, fun, kind, and funny woman and she was my favorite supervisor! She always had kind words for everyone. After Carolyn retired I had my daughter and my son and she always wanted me to send pictures of them. She always wanted to know how the kids were doing. She said wonderful things and always said "keep sending pictures!" I thought it was so nice of her to think of us when she had so many of her own children and grandchildren to think of. I regret that I did not make it to the funeral because I didn't know when it was. Had I known, I would have been there to pay my respects to Carolyn. I feel so much for Carolyn's family and I am saddened by their tragic loss. I pray for Carolyn's husband, Randy, who I met at a number of Christmas parties. Such wonderful, loving people. I pray for the family that your heartache won't last forever. Words cannot describe how amazing Carolyn was. As I'm sure she touched the lives of hundreds of people, she touched mine too. Thank you Carolyn. Rest in Peace.
Love Sara Mammolette (nee Williams)

My deepest sympathy to the whole family.
Carolyn was one of a kind. Always smiling, optimistic, loving, fun but most of all so proud of her children and grandchildren. When attending a Kowaleski event and listening to all the family stories, I felt priviledged to be included by such wonderful people.
The memories flood in. I can't get our canoe trip out of my mind. You are all in my thoughts daily.

My sincere and deepest sympathy to each and every member of this close-knit family. She will surely be missed by everyone. To lose such a fantastic woman in such a useless, tragic manner is sad beyond words. Just remember that fun loving lady that you all had the pleasure to be with over New Year's while in Florida. That is a beautiful memory that will live in your hearts forever.
