Rick has been a big part of mine and my sons life for the last 12 years, to this day if we're out and my son hears a cat meowing, he's convinced Rick is hiding somewhere meowing at us. I saw this man everyday and I never once saw him without a smile, he did anything to help everyone and asked nothing in return. So sorry I was not there in your final days, you will be GREATLY missed by us all

I had the pleasure of working with Rick for a few years at Eastgate! We would clean together and share loads of laughs and jokes. He made my shifts bareable and I always enjoyed when he was in. I cannot believe he is gone... I have some funny pictures of when I used Snapchat filters on my ex coworkers. I don't work there anymore... You will be greatly missed, Richard. I hope we meet again some day!

I had the honour and privilege of working with Rick at Eastgate and nobody brought as much fun and happiness to every shift as he did . I'd always see him around and if you were having a bad day he'd lift ur spirits and make you laugh. That's the kind of person he was. You're going to be dearly missed Rick, I'm going to miss you. We are so sorry for your loss your Dad was an amazing man always friendly and caring to ppl loved to make you laugh and feel good met hom nearly 5 yrs ago when I moved in .He would always salute me and wish me a great day and loved chatting with him.my husband also enjoyed chats with him .He always helped cleaning up here at the building you will be missed dearly not the same every time I walk by not seeing him.in balcony or out front R.I.P Rick. I remember Rich always sitting on his balcony, watching the people come and go from the building. Then, a couple of years later, I ended up hiring your daughter, never realizing the connection you had to Rebecca. What a small world. I promise to take good care of your daughter for you. I hope you’ve found peace and are now watching over everyone who loved you. You will always be remembered.
