Obituary of Kevin John Fairhurst

FAIRHURST, Kevin 

Passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, January 19, 2018 in his 57th year. In true Kevin fashion, he put up a strong fight through his long battle with cancer. Kevin was a cherished father to Dustin (Courtney), Kyle (Emily), Dayna, Matthew (Stephanie), and the best "Papa Kev" to his granddaughter Emery. Kevin was a hopeless romantic, and was happy to finally find the love of his life in Rolyn. He will be greatly missed by his parents Jean and Dave, his brother Gary (Rhonda) and their children Steven (Tiffany), Vanessa (Brendan), and Michael (Jen). A celebration of Kevin's life is to be held at The Caledonia Lions Club located at 100 Haddington St., Caledonia, Ontario from 11-3 p.m. on February 4, 2018. A special thank you to the amazing staff at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for their endless compassion and support. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice in Kevin's name. Kevin, we will miss you and as you would say, "10-4".
