THOMAS, Lyndon

February 11, 1935 – January 17, 2018

With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Prince of Wales, Lyndon. Cherished husband to Barb. Adoring father to Stephen (Tina) and Amanda (Robert). Topnotch Data to Melissa (Aubrey), Chelsea, Olivia, Courtney (Jeremy), Mac (Heather).  Predeceased by his loving father Edward, mother Jane, brother Morgan and sister Menna. Survived by sister-in-law Muriel. Adored by many loving family members around the world. Lyndon was born in Pontlliw, Wales. He was a proud Welsh man who loved his heritage, family, rugby, golf, travel and life. Lyndon achieved brilliant feats in his profession within the Steel Industry. He was a man who was loved and liked by so many. His smile, laugh and jokes could light up a room. He was a gentle man and a gentleman. We would like to thank all of the doctors and nurses at Joseph Brant Hospital and the General Hospital for their undivided care of our dear Lyndon. As per Data’s wishes, Lyndon has been cremated and his ashes will be spread in Wales and Hawaii and held closely by his loved ones at home. We say our goodbyes but he will live through the many many memories we have. Notes of sympathy and condolence may be left at www.donaldvbrown.ca

To my Love, Dad and Data…

“It’s good to touch the green, green grass of home. Yes, they’ll all come

to meet me, arms reaching, smiling sweetly. It’s good to touch the green,

green grass of home” – Tom Jones
