Obituary of June Marie Murney

MURNEY, June Marie (nee Babcock) Sept. 13, 1929 - Aug. 24, 2017

Peacefully entered in to rest at the Hamilton General Hospital on August 24th, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Jack Murney (2003), June is survived by their children. Doug Murney (Anne), Carol McFadden (Walter), Debra Murney (Harry Lawson), Cindy White (Marvin), Ricki Murney (Maryann), Terri Ann Laidman (Brian). 18 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren and sister-in-Law Ruby Dodge (Art). Many thanks to Kingsberry Place Retirement Home where Mom resided.   Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home,  36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday from  2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, August  28, 2017 at 11 a.m. lnterment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  ln June’s memory, donations  to Heart & Stroke Foundation or  Ronald McDonald House Hamilton would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences may be sent at www.donaldvbrown.ca.
