HYSLOP, Ralph
Peacefully, surrounded by his family, Ralph passed away on Friday, July 21, 2017 after a short illness. Survived by his loving wife Joan and children Gary (Chrystal), Mary (Tom), Shari (Tim), Debbie (Randy) and Elizabeth.  Also survived by eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, brother Tom, sister Dorothy and wonder dog Toby. Predeceased by first wife Joyce and sisters Marjorie and Norma. Ralph built, owned and operated Mt. Hope Golf and Country Club and Chippewa Creek Golf Club, providing a wonderful recreational contribution for the city.  Many thanks to the medical teams at the General Hospital, especially on 8 South, for their excellent care and compassion. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home,  36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday, July 24, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 11 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel.  Cremation and a private family interment to follow.   In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice are welcome.
