Obituary of Anne (Antonina) Pallo

PALLO, Anne (Antonina)

With love surrounding her, Anne peacefully passed away on May 5, 2017 at the age of 91, to be re-united with her beloved and cherished husband, Jim.   Loving mother of Diane Aitken (Daniel), Lynda Al Quran (Fareed) and James Pallo (Barbara).  Cherished grandmother of Susan, Ryan, Julie, Jeremy, Lindsay, and Danielle.  Great-grandmother to Anna and Jocelyn.  We are grateful for our mother’s love, dedication and sacrifice in providing enriched opportunities for her family.  Anne will be remembered for her kindness to others.  She was a model of faith and strength for all her loved ones, especially in how she chose to battle her infirmities and trusted in God to the end.  Anne was predeceased by her parents Salvatore and Jenny Tabone (originally of Racalmuto, Sicily) and brothers and sister, Michael, Connie, Joseph, and Sam.   She was a proud member of Stoney Creek Baptist Church.  Special thank you to Pastor Ralph Lepore, Dr Schweitzer, Laura and staff, and many friends for their outstanding care and compassion.  Visitation will be at held at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2017  at 10:00 a.m. at Stoney Creek Baptist Church.  In lieu of flowers donations to Stoney Creek Baptist Church or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.  Notes of sympathy and condolence may be made at www.donaldvbrown.ca

In dedication to her faith:

“I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be

with me that you also may be where I am.”

John 14:3
