Obituary of Reta May Mack

MACK, Reta May (Harrington) It is with sadness we announce that Reta May has passed away with strength and courage at home in the arms of her family on Thursday, August 18, 2016. Predeceased by her husband Kenneth George. Beloved mother of Susan Mack-Wright (Thomas) and Kenneth. Cherished grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother to Charlene (Peter), Tracey (Brian), Carrie (James), Kenneth, Cynthia (Kanen), Amanda (Andy), Taylar (Daniel), Aydan, Karson, Benjamin and Aaron. Reta know joins her grandsons Troy and Michael and her parents Vera and Chester. Her children were her most precious riches. Dear sister of Betty. Predeceased by her brothers Richard and Leonard and her sister Peggy. Reta had an enormous passion for life, family and friends. She will be forever young in all of our hearts. A very special thank you to Evelina, Linda and the Bayshore PSW’s for their compassion and love for Reta. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday, August 25, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Cremation to follow. Everyone is invited to her Celebration of Life on Sunday, August 28, 2016, 12 noon at The Grand Olympia, 660 Barton Street, Stoney Creek. Reception to follow.
